VPNLQ / Billing Rules

Plans, Pricing & Data

IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes and direct connections. Choose monthly resets or usage-based data, then select an allowance. Route coverage and device rules are the same across all data tiers.

Choose a Billing Option

Monthly plans suit regular use; data packs suit schedules that vary. The same data-tier cards stay in place—switch billing options to compare prices and terms.

Data resets monthly on your activation date. Mid-cycle upgrade price differences are converted into remaining days.

Light use

¥9.9 /month

  • 60GB
  • Unlimited devices · Data shared across your account
  • 110+ countries / 170+ routes
  • 30-day refunds

For lighter use focused on web browsing, documents and text-based communication. Video, images and downloads also use data, so keep an eye on your remaining balance.

Everyday use

¥18 /month

  • 250GB
  • Unlimited devices · Data shared across your account
  • 110+ countries / 170+ routes
  • 30-day refunds

For a mix of everyday work and streaming. Factor in data use across all your devices; the plan allowance is shared, not assigned separately to each device.

Heavy use

¥28 /month

  • 500GB
  • Unlimited devices · Data shared across your account
  • 110+ countries / 170+ routes
  • 30-day refunds

For heavier streaming, syncing and file transfers. A larger data allowance does not guarantee faster speeds; performance still depends on the route and your local network.

“Best value” compares the cost per unit of data across monthly plans only; it does not indicate an extra discount. Check your actual usage before choosing a larger data tier.

Monthly Plan Usage Guidelines

Monthly plans provide data for a set billing period. Start with your usual tasks, total usage across your devices, then choose an allowance.

60GB: Mostly browsing and text

¥9.9/month for 60GB. Suited to lighter use such as research, email, international websites and text-based AI tools. Images, attachments and background updates on web pages can also use international routes. If you add regular streaming or large downloads, check your usage in the panel and decide whether to change tiers. This allowance is limited, so don't assume it will cover every device's ongoing use just because there is no device limit.

250GB: A mix of tasks

¥18/month for 250GB. Suited to everyday use that alternates between work, image-heavy browsing, file transfers and streaming. Consider whether these tasks happen at the same time: background syncing and streaming both count toward your account's data. This tier makes monthly budgeting easier if your usage is consistent. If you're unsure how much data you need, track your actual usage before moving to a larger tier rather than estimating a fixed number of hours based on app names.

500GB: More streaming and transfers

¥28/month for 500GB. Suited to heavier video streaming, file syncing and downloads, as well as ongoing use across multiple devices. A larger allowance gives you more data to use; it does not change route coverage or guarantee dedicated bandwidth or successful access. If most of your usage falls on a few days, compare the data pack's usage-based deductions too. Your total expected usage is a more useful guide than the unit price alone.

Usage-based data · Never expires

Data Pack Validity

Data packs aren't time-based: use the data until it runs out, with no expiration. To choose a data pack from the cards, switch the billing option above.

Choose a data reserve that fits your needs

¥158/300GB suits occasional use of international routes without a monthly schedule. ¥358/1000GB is suited to irregular tasks when you'd like to keep more data for later. ¥658/3000GB suits users who understand their usage patterns and want a larger data reserve. The same validity rules apply to every tier; higher prices do not add a time limit.

Data packs let you keep unused data on hand rather than receive a new allowance each month. Keep an eye on the remaining balance, especially when using background downloads, cloud sync or video streaming. Never expiring doesn't mean unlimited: your balance decreases as you use data.

How data packs compare with monthly plans

If you have similar browsing needs every day, monthly resets can make budgeting more predictable. If usage is concentrated around travel, a short-term project or organizing files, a data pack avoids planning around a billing calendar. You don't need to start with the largest allowance: first consider whether your use is regular, then compare your expected usage with the price.

If you already have a monthly plan, don't assume a data pack will automatically combine with it, take priority or replace it. Before changing plans on an existing account, check the order details in the user panel. If the rules aren't clear, confirm them through a support ticket before proceeding; the two billing options don't necessarily work like the same balance.

Included with Every Plan

Data tiers determine your allowance; monthly plans and data packs determine how it's billed. Keep the following service details in mind when choosing a plan.

Routes & Use Cases

110+ countries / 170+ routes, including IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes and direct connections. Choose an exit region based on the service you want to access, then check connectivity in your client. Coverage does not guarantee streaming availability in every region. Services such as Netflix and Disney+ may change their detection methods and regional content requirements; check your client and the service itself before use. See the global server locations page for route types.

Unlimited Devices & Platform Support

No device limit. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Devices on the same account share data, so include background updates, streaming and downloads in your estimated usage. Unlimited devices does not mean each device has its own allowance or that every concurrent task will perform the same way. Get the client and subscription from the user panel after signing in. See Quick Start for setup instructions.

Anonymous, No-Logs Policy

VPNLQ follows an anonymous, no-logs policy. No email address is needed to choose a plan; create an account with a username and password. Keep your account credentials and subscription link secure, and hide sensitive details in screenshots before sharing them. See the Privacy Policy for details on privacy and account handling. A network service's privacy commitments do not replace the data practices of the websites you visit.

User Panel & Support

Manage payments, check orders, download clients and manage subscriptions in the user panel. For import, connection or billing issues, submit a support ticket with your operating system, relevant order details and any error messages. Do not include your full password or subscription link. When troubleshooting, distinguish between local network issues, client configuration and feedback from the destination service; an access issue is not necessarily caused by your data tier.

Orders & Checkout

Payment Methods

Alipay WeChat Pay USDT

Open the user panel from a plan card and confirm the billing option, allowance, price and current account status before placing an order. Check whether you're choosing a monthly plan or a data pack, not just the price. Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT as directed at checkout; the order page has the latest transaction details.

After paying, return to the panel to check the order status and subscription details in your account overview. If checkout shows the payment as complete but the order is still pending, keep your order and payment records and ask support to check it. Don't place the same order again. If the page changes or your connection drops, check for an existing order before taking another step.

When paying with USDT, carefully check the network, recipient details and amount shown at checkout; don't reuse details from an older order. VPNLQ does not display wallet addresses on marketing pages. Open each transaction from its corresponding order in the user panel. Once checkout is complete, continue to the client downloads and subscription management.

Support & Refunds

30-day refunds

VPNLQ offers 30-day refunds for any reason. To request one, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket with the relevant order details. This page describes the service commitment; read the Refund Policy and Terms of Service for the full eligibility and application rules.

In your request, clarify whether you'd like help troubleshooting a connection or want a refund. For connection issues, include your operating system, selected route and any error messages. For a refund, simply identify the order and state your request. Don't upload passwords, full subscription links or unrelated personal information.

Follow up in the same ticket and provide any order details needed for review. Check the panel and ticket replies for refund status; this page does not promise a processing time for payments to reach your account. Keeping order questions separate from route issues can reduce repetition and avoid confusing a plan upgrade with a refund request.

Billing & Refund FAQ

For more help with accounts, connections and routes, visit the Help Center.

When does monthly plan data reset?

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. Check your current billing period and remaining data in the user panel to plan updates, downloads and streaming.

Do data packs expire?

Data packs never expire and remain valid until used up. They don't reset monthly; each session draws from the remaining balance, making them a good fit for occasional or irregular use.

How is a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade calculated?

The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. Review the updated order and validity period in the user panel before paying. An upgrade does not simply add the difference in data allowances.

Do I need a separate plan for each device?

VPNLQ has no device limit. Devices on the same account share the plan's data allowance; each device does not get a separate allowance. Consider the combined usage across all devices when choosing a plan.

Which payment methods are available?

VPNLQ accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Create an order in the user panel, follow the checkout instructions, then return to the order page to check its status.

How do I request a refund?

VPNLQ offers 30-day refunds for any reason. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through a support ticket with the relevant order details. See the refund policy for the full terms.
