Account Details and Order Records
VPNLQ accounts can be created without an email address using a username and password. An email address is not required, and providing one is not a condition for account access. Account details are used for authentication, subscription management, and account settings. Do not include personal information unrelated to your issue in your username or support ticket.
Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, and subscription entitlements. They are used to verify transactions, calculate data allowances, process refunds, and resolve order disputes. Details and attachments submitted voluntarily in a support ticket are used only to handle that request. Redact passwords, subscription links, and other account credentials from screenshots.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNLQ follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit through international routes, save browsing content, destinations, or DNS query records, or retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Persistent connection log records are not created, so no retention period is set for such logs.
Subscription status and cumulative data usage are billing data required to provide the service and are handled separately from browsing records. Cumulative usage is used to determine a plan's remaining allowance and reset status, not to create browsing history. The no-logs policy does not mean the user panel needs no account, order, or support-ticket data to operate.
Access Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help understand page views, entry-point clicks, and usage flows, identify page issues, and improve content. Analytics are limited to activity on the website itself and do not extend to other websites users access through subscription routes. Analytics results must not be used to build personal cross-site browsing profiles.
If cookies are used, they are limited to maintaining sessions or measuring website access. Local storage retains login credentials and interface preferences so users can continue using the panel when moving between pages. Users can restrict cookies in their browser settings or clear this website's local storage. After clearing it, they may need to log in again and reset their preferences.
Log out and clear the login state on shared devices. Authentication information and subscription links in the browser are access credentials and should not be shared with others.
Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure
VPNLQ supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, under its own data handling rules. VPNLQ uses order identifiers, transaction results, and necessary verification details to confirm payment status. Do not submit payment account passwords in support tickets.
Third-party pages are not directly covered by this policy. Before proceeding, confirm the payment recipient and order amount. VPNLQ does not sell personal data. Information shared with service providers is limited to what is necessary for the relevant task. Any legally required disclosure is likewise limited to the information covered by the applicable requirement.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained for as long as needed to provide account features. Order records are retained for as long as needed to verify transactions, process refunds, and meet applicable obligations. Support-ticket data is retained for as long as needed to resolve issues and related disputes. When the purpose for processing ends and no applicable obligation requires continued retention, the relevant data should be deleted or anonymized.
Users can log in to the panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete data through the support ticket portal, specifying the data involved. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Deletion may affect login, subscription access, and order lookup. Records that must be retained by law or due to an unresolved transaction dispute are not immediately removed as part of an account deletion request.
Policy Updates and Contact Channel
If the scope or purpose of data processing changes, VPNLQ will update this policy and revise the last-updated month. Significant changes affecting user rights will be communicated through the website or user panel. Updates do not grant unlimited expansion of the purposes for which data collected earlier may be processed.
Submit privacy questions and data requests through a support ticket in the user panel. Subscription rules are described in the Terms of Service, and refund requests in the Refund Policy. This policy explains data processing and does not replace plan billing or refund terms.
