Choose cross-border routes by region and type

VPNLQ offers IEPL, relay and direct routes. First, choose an exit region that matches the service you want to access, then compare how each route performs on your local network. The table shows common route combinations; see the updated subscription in the client for the full list.

Region names indicate the route's exit location, not the full path your connection takes. IEPL uses a dedicated transport link; relay routes forward traffic from an entry point to an overseas exit; direct routes depend more on the public internet path between your local carrier and the exit. Don't choose based on the label alone: page response, uninterrupted playback and file transfers test different parts of the connection. A route that works well for work may not suit your current streaming needs.

For everyday use, start with a route in the region required by your target platform. Check that both websites and apps work, then keep it as a preferred route. If the connection fluctuates, try another route type in the same region first; this can reduce the effect of changing regions on account sessions. If none of the routes connect, check that the client is enabled, the subscription is up to date and your local network is working before switching exits repeatedly.

Route Status Guide

Status figures are for route selection only. They don't replace testing the connection from your device to the target website or guarantee sustained bandwidth.

Import a Subscription / From Account to Route

One subscription
to manage your go-to routes

VPNLQ delivers routes through a subscription. After creating an account, open the user panel to view your plan, get a client and access your subscription, then choose a route in the client. No email is required: create an account with a username and password. For your first setup, follow the quick-start guide to import the subscription and test the connection.

Your subscription link is an account credential; keep it on your own devices. The steps on the right show how to import it. Copy the link from your account overview after signing in. When routes change, update the existing subscription instead of entering configurations one by one. The exact steps depend on your client.

Peak-Hour Stability

Peak-hour performance depends on your local connection, cross-border transmission and the target service; one speed test can't tell you how a connection will perform all evening. VPNLQ offers IEPL, relay and direct routes, so you can compare different paths within the same region. For video calls, continuous playback or code repository access, look at connection continuity and how often retries occur, not just peak download speed. If performance fluctuates, stay in the same region and test another route type. Results vary by carrier and network environment; test your current connection for the most relevant picture.

Anonymous, No Logs

VPNLQ follows an anonymous, no-logs policy and doesn't record browsing activity. No email is required to create an account; just use a username and password, limiting the information you need to provide. Your subscription link is still an account credential, so don't post it publicly or share it with anyone you don't trust. Network connections and website accounts are separate: the platform you're using can still identify your signed-in account and in-app activity. Read the privacy policy to understand the scope of the service's policies. When sharing screenshots, hide account details and subscription links.

Unlimited Devices

VPNLQ supports unlimited devices and Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, so you can use the same subscription across work and personal computers and mobile devices. Import the configuration on each device and choose routes to suit each app; devices don't have to use the same exit. Unlimited devices is a device policy, not unlimited data: usage is still governed by the allowance on your selected plan. With multiple devices, consider data used by video, file transfers and everyday browsing together. Find installation and setup links in the user panel, and platform-specific steps in the quick-start guide.

Accessing AI Tools

AI websites, image-generation apps and API calls have different connection requirements. Web apps depend on session continuity; API calls may also require checking request timeouts, exit region and the app's retry settings. VPNLQ offers international routes so you can choose an exit that meets the target service's regional requirements. For longer tasks, keep the same route throughout a session where possible. If an error occurs, first determine whether it's a network issue or a problem with account access, usage limits or API configuration. A route can't replace eligibility to use a platform; check the platform's regional policies and account rules.

Streaming

When using Netflix, Disney+ or YouTube, first check that your account, content region and current exit match, then assess playback over time. Video quality, device decoding, Wi-Fi and the platform's own policies can all affect playback; a route name doesn't guarantee access to a particular catalog. VPNLQ offers routes in different regions and types so you can test and choose a suitable connection in the client. If playback is restricted, check the platform's message, then review the exit and cache. If only video quality fluctuates, also check your local network and background transfers.

30-Day Refund

VPNLQ offers a 30-day refund. Before choosing a plan, check the monthly data reset rules and how data packs work. Once you start using the service, test work apps, streaming and multi-device connections on your usual networks. The refund policy explains eligibility and the application process; don't rely on a brief label to understand every term. For subscription or refund help, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket with the relevant order details and a description of the issue. Include only the information needed to explain what happened; never share subscription credentials or passwords.

When comparing subscription services, consider coverage, route types, data rules and support together. VPNLQ presents these details on its route, plan and policy pages so you can review them before deciding. If you're not sure how to evaluate routes, the service selection guide explains the differences between dedicated, relay and direct routes, and how to turn your use case into testable criteria. The quick-start guide covers the practical setup steps.

BILLING QUEUE / Choose a Plan

Pay monthly or choose data by usage

Monthly plans suit ongoing use, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Choose an allowance based on everyday browsing, remote work and streaming, then adjust it to match your actual account usage. Plan allowances describe the data available, not a speed tier, and can't be converted into a fixed number of streaming hours.

500GB Monthly Plan

¥28 /month

For frequent streaming, large file transfers or multiple devices.

  • 500GB
  • Data resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 30-Day Refund
Choose This Plan

“Best Value” compares the cost per unit of data across monthly plans only; it doesn't mean there's an additional discount. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Make the change in the user panel.

Usage frequency is a better guide to data needs than device count. Occasional research uses less data than continuous video streaming, so even one device may need a larger allowance. Several devices used mainly for text-based work may not need the top tier. After getting started, check your account's data usage and the actual consumption of your regular apps before changing plans; this is more accurate than estimating by device count.

Data packs don't expire and are used until depleted: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. They're suited to irregular usage when you'd rather draw down a balance over time. Monthly plans are designed for ongoing use with a monthly reset; data packs keep their allowance available. Compare them according to their separate rules: a data pack isn't a monthly plan, and monthly plan data isn't a permanent balance.

VPNLQ accepts Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before paying, check your selected plan, data allowance and billing method in the user panel. After payment, return to your account overview to confirm the subscription status, then get the client and subscription. Manage your account, orders, subscription and support tickets in the user panel. Public pages explain the service and its policies; they don't provide downloads or account-specific links.

REFERENCE / Frequently Asked Questions

Accounts, Connections & Billing

Check your account status and subscription setup before troubleshooting routes. These answers cover common questions when getting started; see the Help Center for more detailed topics.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email is required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your account details safe and use a unique password. Access your account overview, plans, client downloads and support tickets through the user panel. If you report an issue, share the relevant steps and details, not your password or subscription link.

Where can I get the client and subscription?

Sign in to the user panel and open the client downloads section for platform-specific download and installation instructions. Find your subscription in the account overview. Import it into your client, update the configuration, then choose a route and connect. Test both your browser and the apps you need; seeing the client enabled doesn't guarantee every app is using the intended route.

Does unlimited devices mean unlimited data?

Unlimited devices refers to the number of devices, not unlimited data. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. All devices share the data allowance on the account. File syncing, background system tasks and video streaming can all use data, so choose an allowance based on your actual usage in the account.

How do monthly plans and data packs differ?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packs don't expire and are used until depleted; prices are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. Compare monthly plans for ongoing use and data packs for intermittent use. Check the billing method before deciding, rather than looking only at the total data.

How can I tell if a route is suitable, and what should I do if there's a problem?

Test page response, app connections and continuous playback on your usual network. Streaming availability depends on checks in the client and actual performance on the target platform. If something goes wrong, update your subscription and check your account status, then compare other routes in the same region. VPNLQ offers a 30-day refund; see the refund policy for eligibility and how to apply. For support, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket.

READING QUEUE / Using & Choosing

Getting Started with Subscriptions & Route Selection

Guides explain how to do things; service selection articles explain how to evaluate your options. Learn the basics of nodes, routes and traffic routing first, then compare service features and billing. This can help prevent app configuration problems from being mistaken for route issues. The evaluation methods in these articles help you set selection criteria, but don't replace testing on your current network.

If you want to get connected for the first time, follow the quick-start guide in order. If you're comparing services, list the apps you use, the exit regions you need, how often you'll connect and what refund terms matter to you, then read the service selection guide. Separating setup questions from purchase decisions makes it easier to judge whether a subscription fits your long-term needs.
